Kotiya Safari was founded in 2020 by K L Nadeeshan, a passionate wildlife enthusiast from Tissamaharama — the gateway to Sri Lanka's most spectacular national parks.
What started as a single jeep and a deep love for Sri Lankan wildlife has grown into a trusted safari operation serving travelers from around the world. Our name "Kotiya" means leopard in Sinhala, reflecting our deep connection with the iconic Sri Lankan leopard.
Based in Helambagaswala, Tissamaharama, we provide personalized wildlife experiences with experienced local guides and comfortable, well-maintained safari jeeps. We offer tours, airport pickups, safaris, and day trips across Sri Lanka's finest wildlife destinations.
